Cool, I always wondered how high that set back is. The section w/ trees.

1296’ = Tip
1125’ = Observation Deck Outdoor
1016’ = Setback

*Note:
35 Hudson Yards depicted in renderings & in models always appear much taller than the 1st setback of 30 Hudson, actually the height is much closer to the observation deck.
