Just Massive 
This is like 11 or 12 floors by now right? And already in the hundreds in terms of height… phenomenal.
ya and dont forget the studio levels are in this lower section and those floors are 25-30 feet tall each.
The mass of this thing is just amazing! Will it be more massive than One WTC?

if you were to include the mall then yes. The buildings are being built together but they count the mall square feet separate. Its the mall plus the fact this is a massive tower that makes it such a huge site. To me they are structurally connected, but functionally they are not.
