Cinco de Mayo!
Any confirmation on what the actual height will be?
We have good reason to say that it will be closer to 1200 feet. Latest renderings put it around that range, but at the moment, it is not 100% certain. What we do know is that it won’t be 800 feet like some earlier permits put it at.
Very good and cool, Thomas!
Nice work, Tom.
Awesome Thomas!
What’s going on under the elevated park? Is that going to be for parking spaces?
Nice! Looks like they are at a point to speed up things a bit with the after hour variance permit?
Yes, parking will be on levels C1 and C2
PS: Curbed did a story about this today, and they cite the height at around 900’. I don’t think that’s correct. Curbed is no Yimby.
Thanks for that warning, robert!
And yet, we all are waiting for the new rendering images of this tower and it’s true expected height!
Since it appears to exceed 4 WTC, it’s most definitely over 1,000 ft and roughly the same height as 3 WTC give or take but it’s a bit too soon to tell.
Its definitely over 300m. I would take what curbed saids with a grain of salt.
Hey, guys! Check the images on this link! It shows the new WTC towers and the 125 Greenwich Street!! And also presents some infos!

Nice! Definitely taller than 4WTC, but not by much. The thing is it appears 3WTC is shorter or is it even there? I dunno

I think 4 WTC is too tall in that model. It does not look that large compared to 1WTC in real life. If 125 is accurate in picture I am guess 1200 feet.
Yeah the heights are pretty off, it seems. 3 & 4 WTC look to be about the same height give or take but 3 is obviously gonna taller (by 100ft) and 2 WTC got a height cut from BIG so it should be a bit shorter than it is here.
You know, you both (tokilamockingbrd and CityGuy87) are correct about the height errors of Tower 3 and 4!
Either way they look cool, and glad to see the 125 Greenwich Street as well with them. And its current design looks great too.
the height cut might not make it look smaller though. basically the thinner part of the crown is gone. so we lose some height but not really any presence. It should look just as big.
