The retail section appears to be topped out. They’re working on the slanted roof at the moment.
Oh awesome. This will help really define 30 HY now as it grows apart from the retail base
I have never seen an 8 story building this large… EVER. It’s safe to call this a behemoth.

as far as I am tracking only about 1/2 half of this base will continue to rise from here on out. The retail platform is integrated with 30 Hudson up to the 7th or 8th floor.

This is great!! I wonder how cool it’ll look when it’s done and opened!! 
I assume that if 30 HY was completed, the observation deck alone would be well above the top of this photograph? I’m thinking the top of this photograph is at about 1,000 feet?

Hum… I think so, but I can’t tell how much or how less.
