I agree! At first I thought the location looks like somewhere in Midtown!
Looks like this tower and 43-30 24th Street is in a tight race to top out first

LIC has so many skyline-defining buildings going up in terms of height. Jackson Ave, Queensboro Plaza, 23rd Street/Court Square, Hunters Point are all filling in as well with low-midrise buildings.
