we still have not seen detailed renders from multiple angles, and we don’t have any sense of the quality of the materials they will use,
while the architecture may be forgettable, given how the building is being marketed they are bound to go with quality materials to compete…so this will end up positively surprising a lot of folks
This tower is whatever. I hope 5 World Trade overshadows it.

I just remembered! Go to “world trade center district”, I added some renderings of the original design and a link showing a video of OneWTC’s elevator going down, you can see that same design. I added them on May 2016!
Although, it’ll probably be redesigned. Still, I like the original.

If this were the design for what will rise at 31 W 57 or Park Lane, I’d be disappointed, but on lower Greenwich St., this 1,000’ tower is pure gravey!
I like this tower as well.
I think it fits well with the downtown skyline instead in other place else in NYC.
Much better in detail. What I like most about this tower is what it will add aesthetically to the street level, it’s rounded corners and it’s another supertall pretty much within the WTC complex! No complaints from me.
I agree, this tower would not have been appropriate for B Row, but it’s perfect here and I think it would look great just about anywhere in the city such as Midtown & along the Hudson Boulevard.
For the location, this looks good, as RW said. Also glad it’ll be 1K’+!
