NEW YORK | The Brooklyn Tower (9 DeKalb Ave) | 1,073 FT | 74 FLOORS

This is more like a hotel room with kitchen.

A pretty small hotel room at that. And 20% of the space is an unusable corridor.

it could be worse.

3/4 million. You can see why they’re not flying off the shelves.

I just liquidated my 401k and invested in crypto. I’ll take 2 of each configuration.

These floor plans are sort of reminiscent of the office conversions in FiDi (in a bad way).

@Dior in another thread asked me if I was a professional photographer and I said no, I only lose money making pictures.

Case in point, it cost me $143 just to apply to this exhibit. For my artists statement I chose to prompt CHATGPT, asking it to write a critical analysis of the Brooklyn Tower in the voice of David Mamet. The results were hysterical IMO. Anyhow, enjoy - these are some of my favorite shots of the Brooklyn Tower!

I would love to have a slice of this cake, not only does it look good but it could also taste delicious.

Just noticed that these floorplans and the one infoshare posted are for a condo in LIC

I am not sure how that happened. This does prove the saying: the best solution for false information is MORE information. Thanks for that info - I will look for some floor plans that are actually for the Brooklyn Tower.

For now - here is a photo of the lovely lobby facade, and a pic of Larry on the linked webpaeg looking very pleased with his new project.

Will post floor plans later. Thanks for the correction.

The plans (both of them) are still of Brooklyn Tower, its just that they are randomly addressed incorrectly.

Plans of this building aren’t hard to come by, they are readily available on the tower’s own website.

Forgot to post these but someone last week did the math to see when the sun would set over the Brooklyn Tower and give it that Eye of Sauron Effect. Screenshots via Nygroove.nyc
