NEW YORK | No. 33 Park Row (1 Beekman St) | 331 FT | 25 FLOORS

I thought “1 Beekman” was a pretty great address / name, but apparently they’ve rebranded to “No 33 Park Row”.

I appreciate that they put red brick on the back.

It looks like they added splashes of that red brick in several spots.

Certainly a heck of a lot better than many other new buildings. I’m not sure yet if the mixed facade will work spectacularly well but I’m hopeful.

Love me some Rogers Stirk Harbour. I wish they got more work in NYC. Their trademark “industrial chic” look fits the city very well IMO.

A couple of floors now have the near-complete façade treatment, including the copper-color screens between windows.

Renamed to No. 33 Park Row but also “Pearl on the Park”. Can’t wait to see the crown/parapet finished! This is turning out so well.

New rendering? Conveniently removes the mechanical equipment on the roof.
