Very slow. It topped out forever ago, and they still have forms up on the top levels.

I can only assume that they’re constrained by the tiny lot size and limited sidewalk space, plus a construction zone that overlaps with 25 Park Row next door.

Yuuup.

I live nearby, and it’s excruciating watching it progress so slowly. It’s like two guys are building the whole thing.

On top of that, their security is… not great. Over the weekend, I watched these Darwin Award candidates spend a lot of time intentionally teetering on the edge of a deadly drop for the sake of a photo shoot, then jumping over that gap between the two wings at roof level.
