Is the Empire State Building finished? Because it looks like they’re still working on the antenna.
For the 1940s, a few buildings are missing, including Rockefeller Center.
Antenna as we know it was completed in 1953.

Could the old Brown Brothers & Company Building be under construction in the background?
It is considered one of the first buildings to feature the Phoenix columns, which later became very popular.
These special columns were manufactured in just one workshop (patent) and were used in a large number of buildings.
