A Postcard from the old Airline Terminal Building 1941.
Located on the southwest corner of Park Ave. and 42nd Street, the Airline Terminal Building stood on the the side of the Hotel Belmont 1906.
The Belmont closed its doors 1930 in the background is the old Murray Hill Hotel.
The demolition of the Belmont Hotel summer of 1931.
Construction begann in the fall of 1939, with may 1940 scheduled for the opening.
