They put up the first pieces of cladding recently, it’s still going to be a relatively monolithic clad, but i think this will add a lot to the Ave over the initial cladding.

I don’t understand. What exactly are they building? I thought the mall was finished.
They aren’t building anything, they are renovating the 5-7 floors of the mall because Wells Fargo will be occupying those floors now, because of this the eastern facade of the mall had to be redone.

In addition to what TKDV said, the new Well Fargo office space is where the Neiman Marcus was, originally.

Almost done with the upper east facing side, the south portion has now only started
The interior ceiling is also almost done in the atrium, though now mostly blocked by the Christmas decorations, all of the temp walls that were blocking off the escalators on L3/4 have also now been removed.
