Where would your highway proposal connect to? The queens midtown tunnel?

Both the Lincoln Tunnel and the Queens-Midtown tunnel. I would also rebuild the West Side Elevated Highway and connect to there.

It would be above ground, and would simply have access ramps to the tunnels where the current ramps are now.

I wonder how much sqft a spire takes up? The roof line of at least 2B (or A was it?) Could go as high as 1,642, then you smack a 100 Metre spire on top and you’ve got a megatall. Could be interesting.

Anyways we’ll definitely see some bulk here, and it will be kinda an extension of HY. With HY phase 1 and 2, Manhattan West and Midtown East rezoning the entirety of midtown is going crazy.

I wonder the heights we’ll see at the PABT development. 1,400 ft? 1,500 ft? 1,600 ft? Taller? Who knows.
Frankly with that development I’m more interesting in the actual transit building, which is why I wanted Archilliers design chosen.

The Archilliers design of the transit building does seem promising.

Also depending on how many sqft is for the PABT development, it could be at a range between 1500-1700 ft.
