Does anyone know exactly how this building will be made? In terms of the core and the exterior materiality?
I was surprised that the exterior is made from concrete because it seems easier and faster to make those diagonal connections from steel connections instead. But I guess it would cost even more to fabricate steel beams that thick of a dimension as we see right now. Just wondering. Still happy this is finally going up.
