I believe that the museum of modern arts will be in this building. Part of it is an expansion of the museum. It like 5-7 floors at the bottom.

That is correct. The museum will extend into the base of the building.

The crazy part is that this would be a new tallest in 95 percent of cities around the world… but here in Manhattan, it will still be looking up at the other giants.
