I almost wish they could keep the beams uncovered from the inside. At least cover them, but retain a brutal, industrial look to them. The contrast to the sleek interiors would be my favorite part.
Today
A new tower inevitably rise on the Zeigfeld site which runs from 54th to 55th. There’s a small hotel next door which would make the site even bigger.

Pretty much pointless shots, but I guess it shows you more of the space and potential for a mock-up of what’s to come from these vantage points?
The north side is above ground, and the south side is at ground level!

Fantastic updates Mr Walpole, looks like floor 2 is nearly complete, I’m looking forward to see when they are to make progress on the diagonal beams; should be very interesting
