NEW YORK | 514 West 36th Street (70 Hudson Yards) | 832 FT | 52 FLOORS

That is the long term plan. There are numerous developments in various stages between 3 Hudson Blvd and the PABT redevelopment.

Moinian has to be the most disappointed about this one moving forward. He had a site as close if not closer to the subway and the foundation was already built out. I’m not a fan of Moinian or the 3 Hudson Blvd design, which is objectively mediocre, but its saying a lot 3 HB wasn’t even in the conversation.

Related should just buy the Moinian parcel.

I remember the days of “The Girasole” and that wacky FXFowle’s design. We thought we would be eating so good

I really like the design, as it feels like a merger of 35, 50, and 55 HY in a shiny bronze/gold trim

Such a graceless assemblage.

Sadly agree, Stache. There is nothing holding the Hudson Yards together.

Better than what was there before.

how do you come up with such witty retorts?

it is fair to say that the hudson yards district is extremely sterile and lacks character.

with that said, what even did it replace?

I would not live there, but to work there, the modern infrastructure would be nice.
