NEW YORK | 50 Hudson Yards (504-522 W 34th) | 981 FT | 58 FLOORS

March 11th

It seems like they updated their Site Plan and now it shows the footprint for 50 Hudson with the 2 tower set up.

I hope that’s not the case, but then again it’s too early and it can still change

I think that’s just the placeholder.

I’m John Boehner, and I approve this message.

“…Tenants are already expressing interest in the skyscraper planned for 50 Hudson Yards, which is planned for the site now occupied by Coach’s old headquarters, according to Ross.”

I agree. I hope that they let KPF design this.

with coach moving into 10 Hudson, demo should commence shortly on their old building which will get this in motion.

While the HY is probably a dark horse, it would be nice if Sotheby’s moves here, and it makes sense to be in the outskirts of Chrlsea.

We still don’t know if they’re using that plan though.

^^I agree. I’m hoping for the single tower supertall.

Here is the old coach building on site. I cant tell if this is new or not- but i noticed that scaffolding close to 30hy and that middle row of windows appears ro show some demolition going on? I donno if that is the case since it is hard to see from these pics. Hope so.

Also that mcdonalds now has parts to another crane- probably for some other site nearby like 35hy.

is coach fully moved out?

Im almost positive that i saw people going in and out of their old building last week. So I assume at least some part of the building is hanging around for now.

DVideo is 3 weeks old, but you can see the model of this proposed tower displayed in the background. It’s the single tower with multiple setbacks. I like it & hope they decide to go with this vs that 2 tower set up they are flirting with.

That torqued tower if as a standalone would be great too!

I agree. It’s beautiful.
