It’s incredible how Hudson yards alone would be the downtown of an entire city elsewhere. Looks like canary wharf on its own.

What is the final height of this building? This page says 1011, but the CTBUH says it is 981. From the looks of it from pictures and angles comparing it to Manhattan West (995 feet), this definitely looks shorter…

Was at the site last week, lobby is basically done a few touches here and there. Working on the office buildouts and outside. Hoist is going to start coming down in a few weeks.

The stairway is great and I like the quality of the floor and ceiling. Those windows are a mess though

Is this building actually 1011ft? I’m seeing 989ft being mentioned as well.

It does actually look slightly shorter than One Manhattan West

Its really is a mystery because I know elevation plays a part in the height of One Manhattan West as well.
