Yes, this is the other big Extell assemblage in the Midtown core (the other being the Fifth Ave. assemblage).

I don’t mind the leftover row house here and there but yeah they could really use some work if nothing else. Probably gonna get replaced by a Kaufmann or Poon creation at some point.
If they were in nice shape, I’d hate to lose them, but they’ve been destroyed.
