10 Hudson Yards looks amazing. When do you guys this thing will reach the same height as it? When should it top out?
10 Hudson is hardly visible in that photo. The other office tower seen in that photo is the one proposed for the west yards.
The lot north of the western half belongs to CSX from what I remember.
The most challenging part of the rail yard platform has already been built. It’s the area under 30 Hudson, because that’s at the “throat” to the yard and they can’t shut this down long term. The western half just has storage tracks and LIRR can afford to shut down a couple at a time.

This is seriously exciting! I bet most people have no clue that a building taller and fatter than the ESB is rising there!
Can’t wait to start seeing this thing from Route 3
And something taller might rise at 50 HY, Tishman’s site, and 360 10th.

The crown on 10HY looks lovely from this angle! I pleasantly await 30 Hudson Yards crown and observation deck!
Is it just me or does construction on 30 Hudson seem to be perpetually stalled at 4-5 floors?
