This one works for me. The geometry is beautifully crafted to draw eyes up with a simple but contrasting palette that is very well designed. A single color would have given us just another boring rectangular box.

Yeah, I’m not an architect but for whatever reason this is one of the most beautiful buildings in New York.

Yes, this is an architectural gem; and has been a net benefit to the community.

The question is: what was all the controversy about. I would like to hear from many detractors of this project regarding the ‘hysteria’ this new building created. I was “much-to-do-about-nothing”… :woozy_face:
