^btw why did they release renderings for a building that is basically done?

Well now that it’s done, the marketing of the building has started in order to sell the units inside. New renderings help bring some attention to it.

What’s left to complete?

There’s probably some minor façade work still left since the temporary maintenance lifts are still on top of the building, but we also don’t know what the progress on the bottom/podium looks like either.

I have no doubt they’re working on the roofing and still finishing up interiors
