What are the interior finishes like here— Lobby, elevators, etc? Is it as tasteful as the outside?
Yes, all very consistent with the refined aesthetic we see on the exterior. I particularly liked the lobby; not overdone with glitzy fixtures, angled walls - simple and tasteful selection of furniture and finishes.
The apartment I went into had two window/doors that open inward, and reveal nothing but a low railing that keeps you from falling out of the apartment: sort of a balcony, but your still standing in the living room - very innovative idea.
The two big doors/windows in the center-bottom open full swing into the apartment: but there is no actual balcony to step ouside: you just stand in your living room and it ‘feels’ like you are on a balcony.
What is the size of that room?
I don’t know, I took that photo from a broker website. The rooms I saw were similar in proportion as in the photo above: I went to a one bedroom apartment - only the living room had those two center doors that open to create a ‘faux balcony’. The bedroom was the same window type; but only the small window sections would open as typical windows.
The website probably has many floor plans which indicate room sizes: my guess for this one is about 14’ wide, by 25’ long.
What was nice -and special - is the ceiling heights are all 10’ which makes the room feel quite spacious - even if the room width/length is typical for NYC apartments.
Thanks, 10 ft ceilings is a real plus. Those Juliet balconies are a nice touch. It looks like the grill work on the balcony is the same as the design on the underside of the entrance canopy. Nice, well thought out design thru and thru.
My photos from Nov. of 2015 and Feb of 2016 of this formerly disgusting site which has transformed from a fetid frog to a pulchritudinous princess.
Major update
A Different vantage point than usual; here were are looking from the inside out. Photo taken from inside one of the first apartments to be occupied at 25 Park Row: A nice view of the Woolworth Building and City Hall Park.

Wow, not be a stalker but looking on street easy and seeing that this tower has so many occupants already especially during a pandemic is really surprising to me. Great job 25 Park Row!
