This article by multihousingnews.com offers a good insight on the many ‘hidden’ aspects of Architecture: Biophilic whaaa? The idea, I gather, is the building’s exterior should of course ‘look’ beautiful - but the interiors must ‘feel’ wonderful too.

why is the building different colors in almost every picture? did they repaint it or smth?

That and lighting and weather. Notice some shots are overcast, some are sunny

In my case its because the weather was crappy + different edits.
As others have said everyone’s photos are edited differently and the weather varies which may alter the way the building looks.
