I marvel at the engineering and design of this tower. At this height, you can really see just how insane the dimensions of this tower are!

CPT has the height, but this design blows it out of the water. A new icon for NYC.

Very nice shots!
I’m very jealous of that weather. Out here in Wisconsin, 2 feet of snow has fallen in the past 34 hours.

Many people from the Midwest are unaware of the extreme difference in weather between NY and Chicago. On most winter days, Chicago is generally twenty degrees colder. I lived near there for seven years.

The undulations in the terra cotta facade are pure aesthetic genius! I can’t believe this building is real.

This is one of my favorite towers going up in NYC. It’s got everything you could ask for in a tower. The facade and crown will turn this from just a tall building to an icon.
