O man, the location. This is very underwhelming for the parcel. The height especially. A 19 floor structure is more appropriate for Coney Island, not 57th Street. :frowning:

I could see him not building tall next to his trophy tower, 9 W 57th, but hiring Goldstein to design a schlocky glass box on this prime spot is absurd.

The stunning small building on CPS that Stern designed for Vornado’s 220 CPS development is the type of jewel box that this site warrants.
