It hit the halfway point, according to Curbed. Does anyone know at what height the setbacks will begin? I’m not really impressed with it yet (it just looks like a concrete box wrapped in curvy windows to me), but I’m excited for the setbacks to start. I think then it will become one of my favorite towers.

This so does not look halfway…

it’s probably halfway to the highest occupied space. This looks closer to 600’ and the highest occupied floor is supposed to be somewhere in the 1100-1200 range.

And to think it’s going to more than double in height!

Here’s a bunch I took just a few minutes ago:

Cladding is looking amazing. Obviously this isn’t the best angle to see it, but the glass is GORGEOUS:

And here’s two you could use as a background on your phone. Looks pretty good I’d say:

Looks beautiful!

Nice shots!

If you’re going to Central Park, be sure to have your group stop at Cleopatra’s Needle, which is a 4,000 year old obelisk that Egypt gave to NY in the late 1800s. It’s behind the Metropolitan Museum of Art on the east side of the park near 82nd Street.

The Bethesda Fountain is amazing too.
