The Heights sees less mixed-use and multifamily construction than most JC neighborhoods, but here are some recent projects. There are a lot more than this, but I haven’t taken recent photos. Creating this thread to encourage myself and the rest of you to take and post photos of the Heights.
The article is a bit inaccurate. What happened was that the hospital owner asked the judge for a temporary restraining order enjoining the city from enforcing its zoning change while the lawsuit was ongoing. This was not granted, but the lawsuit continues. The decision on the temporary restraining order was procedural and it doesn’t say much about whether the suit will prevail or not.
