Don’t have a picture, but the remaining building (25-29 Cottage St) was demolish recently. There aren’t any buildings left between 11-43 Cottage St.
Really nice! I thought it was two buildings at first. Usually lots of projects go for that effect (like JSQ URBY) but its easy to see through. Nice effect as it makes the area look more dense.
First piles are in the ground. Both this and neighboring 35 Cottage St look set to start in earnest within a few months.
Full construction permits issued today. By springtime there will be 3 towers rising simultaneously on this block.

Official groundbreaking took place recently, well after construction started…
At the moment it’s losing the race to the top to adjoining 35 Cottage (to which the rebar in the background of the first two photos belongs). Still, both have rebar above ground level now.
Will be fun to see them race to the top.
