Thanks for the updates, @CT_Citizen. Any updates on Riverhouse on West Main Street? It seems that construction has stalled out and they haven’t mentioned start of leasing.
Last time I was there it was complete
I walked by it on Tuesday, the construction seems complete, although it doesn’t look as finished as it does in the rendering (no “wood” paneling on the exterior, for example) There were lights on the windows of the gym, but it doesn’t appear as if anyone lives there yet, and I didn’t see any signage about leasing, or it being open, etc.
Update: I walked by The Riverhouse again, and what I said before was a little inaccurate. There is some “wood paneling” on the exterior, but less than what is shown in the rendering, giving it a slightly blank look. The rendering also made it look like there would be some retail space, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. The lobby does look finished, but there are no cars in the parking garage. Hopefully it will all come together when people move in. It definitely is an improvement to the neighborhood. The renovated Mill River Park children’s playground is across the street and looks great. I see a lot of families there,
enjoying it.
Thanks for the updates on this building.
