100 Clinton Avenue development is coming along. It looks like it will be the equivalent of 8 stories. I think it should have been much taller, however it will dramatically improve what was once just an ugly empty lot. It will also have a real presence when looking out over the river from the westside.

I’m not finding mention of this massive development on Long Ridge Road, so I’m posting here. It’s called Mosaic Concierge Living and it looks like it will be quite expansive. It is supposed to be finished in the summer of 2027.

Yes, that’s correct. The actual address of Mosaic Concierge Living will be 210 Long Ridge. 260 Long Ridge is the Sales Office next door in the Medical Center. I think there are quite a few Stamford Senior developments in the works too.
