Lower Manhattan, either late October 2017 or early November 2017. A shot from Impractical Jokers. Based on foliage, most definitely November. And the progress on 3 WTC and 19 Dutch then

Independence Day (1996)

This shot for Independence Day was taken at East 48th Street and Park Avenue, noticing the distance between the Helmesley Building and the rooftop of Metlife. Notice the total reconstruction of 270 Park between the last two shots. Notice the reflections on the original shot from the movie, well done

So Spider-Noir dropped today on Amazon if you’re looking for some awesome recreated shots of 1930’s NYC. Both the black/white and color version look cool. The color version has this effect of old colorized black-and-white photos.

Side-note: I’ve noticed Nic Cage is always booked and busy. He’s constantly releasing stuff both big and small.

A second trailer of Spider-Man Brand New Day leaked out on the internet very recently. Obviously I will not post the screenshots, but the shots from Roosevelt Island seem pretty realistic to the actual setting of NYC compared to the first Spider-Man Brand New Day official trailer
