The infancy period is still a documentary period. I’m actually pretty excited that this actually got off the ground. Now Bjarke HAS to build 2 WTC…unless they go with Fosters. Both designs work for me

I think the design is pretty good.
But could have been more epic. Just imagine if with the part that is planed remaining the same it continued up for 1 more wrap around of with the new upper 3rd slimming at the same rate as the middle 3rd does from the bottom…
That would also put this at over 1500 feet… Could have been epic. But I guess I can be happy with “pretty good”

The city missed a golden opportunity to create a cohesive design to this area, along the lines of Trump Riverside or Canary Wharf. Instead we have this ugly mishmash of party favors.

I think hudson yards still needs a radically circular design. Maybe twisting in portions. Something that offsets the square nature of EVERY New York tower.

the corset would have been the star here, but they changed it to this “morph” design. You can’t even see the details from afar.

Great update!
The taller structure in the back with the white and yellow cranes is the spiral. 50hudson is in the foreground with the white and blue cranes. Looks like they are starting the steel around the core at 50.
