Remember when the Hudson Spire was rumored to be built? I believe it was supposed to be located where the Spiral is being built.
If ONLY. The views from Jersey would be insane.
Burj Khalifa is only 500K square feet larger than the Spiral will be by floor area. 2.8M sf could support a residential building as tall as the FAA would allow.
