this will be one of the tallest towers of inland Williamsburg.
Williamsburg is developing its own mini-skyline. This tower will be near the recently completed 282 South 5th Street, which is a landmark by itself.
Another notable recent addition to the neighborhood was the William Vale Hotel.

Looks like LPC has finalized the last details for this to move ahead. The renderings above are still accurate. This will look great.

Already looking clean and streamlined. Hopefully a lot more buildings will emulate this style. The usual squared off industrial style like the Adjmi on the left is already getting dated. This looks far more refined.
