Yea I think this building is a perfect design for it’s location. I love architects who focus on context over their ego.

If these were mostly finished by 2016/17 I’m betting it’ll start turning by around 2022. The World Financial Center roofs were brown when finished in 1986-1987 and it took until about 1992 for them to turn.
