NEW YORK | The Brooklyn Tower (9 DeKalb Ave) | 1,073 FT | 74 FLOORS

There’s aesthetic lighting visible on the setbacks, just not the crown.
This makes me think its 50-50 that they either turn on the crown within the next 6 months, or turn off everything and just give up like a good half of supertalls in this city

This is the sweet spot where the crown looks best.

Until I can afford to fix or buy a new camera I’m forced to use the phone, film camera, or post from the archive. I still don’t understand why IG doesn’t pass the image through w/the link, but I guess they want you to remain on the platform.
BTW, this view from 2023 has since disappeared…

I know it says One Vanderbilt but it’s really about Brooklyn Tower.

Why is this tower having problems with sales? It’s beautiful

That, and it’s an absolutely unique perspective from the tower. Wild that Brooklyn’s first supertall is in this state

My guess, interest rates plus it’s not what I would call a glamorous nabe.
