We just need the epic horn blast playing as the Uruk-hai below march towards Manhattan. 
Yeah this tower has that vibe. No other tower like it out there. It would almost be cool if on Halloween, they holograph the eye of Sauron on top of this tower at night, just for the festivities. I doubt the residents would be up for it, but just an idea. Cough cough… somebody from 9 DeKalb management, read this post…
