External lighting test or reflections? Or is that just internal lighting? I’ve just never noticed it before when looking at this cam.

I think he means the top. Looks like theres some pretty bright lights at the top of the crown

Those lights have been on for quite some time. They don’t seem significantly brighter than the interior lighting. I’ve included a rendering of the nighttime lighting. It’d be much more significant if they were testing the crown. I could be wrong, but it doesn’t look like crown lighting to me.

I suspect that over time the Brooklyn Tower will be talked of in the same breath as the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings. For me it’s iconic. I think it is significantly better than even 111 W 57. SHOP has given an amazing gift to the city.
