This tower is so great! I wonder if it and 247 Cherry will have kinda like a sibling thing going on, despite looking different.

That’s a good observation, but 247 Cherry St is really just a big extrusion, it doesn’t have any setbacks (just the 2 terrace cuts), but I’d compare the overall curtain wall arrangement with Brooklyn Tower in how the vertical cladding has no clear pattern to it vs the glass, otherwise I’d more compare the type of materials proposed to be used for it to 111 W 57th St.
@5Bfilms I love the “depth” (I guess I’d say) of your photos, I’d hang it/them on a wall lol.
