Agreed! Does any resident renderer on the forum think they can do a mock-up of what the tower would like in the immediate neighborhood? So many decently tall buildings have gone up or are going up around 9 DeKalb since the original renders from SHoP we’re made.

BUT THIS would be acceptable for DOB posters. If anything this excels for the DOB requirements. Its just more than a rectangle, but a rectangle thats getting high while being the new king of DoBro.
A supertall popping out of the skyline, over 400 feet above all of the other ones, and has an amazing crown. Reminding me of the 1987 Philadelphia skyline
I wish One Liberty Place was taller but also that it held the crown too. It just has that city trophy tower look to it. Was always my favorite in the Philly skyline. Comcast is ok IMO, but One Liberty Place is just elegant.
Literally same!!! They should’ve added another one of those 5 floor patterns, it would stand out more but I think the city would be in outrage if the tower was over 1,000 feet. One Liberty Place is my favorite skyscraper
