When I was last out there in January, this building was barely a couple hundred feet off the ground! When I return this summer, this may be fully-clad by then!
The finishing on this one is much nicer than I expected. Hopefully it’s the beginning of much nicer buildings in downtown BK. We’ve gotten so lucky with this, 9 Dekalb and citypoint.
Is it just me or do the panels near the seams look buckled and misshapen? I’m hoping it’s just because they were handled along the edges and so maybe just dirt or surface grime giving it that appearance? I mean 300 feet up who cares but at street level that’s not a good look.
Hmm you’re right. It does look kind of buckled. Maybe is just a combination of smudging and lighting? Atleast I’m hoping that’s all it is.
Nothing a little Bondo (and a lot of sanding) can’t fix!
It’s not you - they are buckled - that’s the only problem I found with this building, everything else looks great.
You are hitting all the spots!
When were you in this environment today?
Early, around 8:30 am
I was out and about in this area about 15 minutes later.
