Idk what was going on but I was so discombobulated when I saw this because I forgot where it was and was wondering what it was until I got closer to it.

This one is using one of the strangest method to cantilever the plates that I can remember seeing. I’m glad the shape is starting to become apparent now though. I’ve very excited to see the cladding go up on this one.

Thanks TKDV! I’m so glad that this and 570 Washington are starting to get more love in terms of updates. What they lack in height, they make up for in terms of ultra high quality design/materials and being in very prominent locations.

It looks to be around the tenth or 11th floor

I’m still relatively perplexed by how this is being built.

Rest assured @TKDV, it’s going like clockwork

Oh no lol, I dont see anything wrong with how quickly it’s rising, its more so that the structure is strange.

I was thinking more along the lines of automatic movements (which used to be hidden but now feature see through backs) vs a battery operated watch, which isn’t nearly as impressive (and so are always hidden).

The movement of springs, weights, and gemstones is a pretty impressive feat of mechanical engineering.

 Your initial post flew over my head, I completely forgot what tower this is for a moment and started wondering why you were talking about watches in your last post.

I’ll bite. What is your concern/question of the construction method?
