I totally walked by and didn’t even realize it, what a beautiful diagram of the building . I dont think I’ve ever seen just a silhouette of a proposal put on the construction fence.

I’m astounded that these mundane little buildings on the NE corner of Fifth and 53rd haven’t been redeveloped. They’re opened by the same entity, and they been vacant for years. A 20-25 boutique condo/hotel could easily fit on that site, and it would be a massive success.

Something like the rejected proposal for 14 5th Ave would be nice.
