How tall is the new building in feet?
Struggling to find that statistic.
Looks roughly 400 feet to me, definitely would say no taller than 450
It’s probably on the DOB’s NB Application .
I hope it reaches 492 ft to make it a skyscraper.

As per ACRIS, Yeung Shi Chin owns 673-677 5th. Sadly, they were once all nice but have been stripped of their details. Since 673 and 675 are perennially vacant, I wonder if he will redevelop the site when Micrisoft’s lease ends.
I think that a tower like the 27 story one that Stern initially designed for 14 Fifth would be amazing here.
