This was all about the building on 2nd Ave losing their eastern views. There’s a gangway between these buildings so it’s not like they have to brick up windows.
This site is just to the northeast of the heart of Midtown and not too far from the FDR Drive, one of the main arteries in Manhattan.
I hope the building features a good circulatory system.
Do you think it will be built of iron?
