The crown as shown is lovely; an essential architectural design element for this otherwise bland looking buildings. The entire curtain wall on every side is ‘building standard’ and artless looking. I give them credit for value engineering for efficient and effective construction; with a dash of style at the top. A basic black channel dress, a simple pearl neckless with one very extravagant easter bonnet to stand out from the crowd. All nice enough looking but IMHO nothing iconic about this architectural design.
