I think my prompt was wrong, or poorly phrased. I think AI can not be ignored at my own peril. AI is transforming the
AEC industry currently. AI native owner rep firms, Engineering, Architectural are now reinventing the industry: we are a pivotal point in the history of AEC. Embrace the change - it is the future.
PS, I am now delving into Claude Co-work. This is my advice for early, mid-career AEC pros: learn this particular agentic AI format - it is the best.
Ok, but are AI native owner rep firms the ones designing the building’s we’re talking about or really the vast majority of projects that exist on this forum? This has nothing to do about not accepting or embracing change or the fact that AI is here and not going away.

Some of the answer’s you frequently seek you could use other means to get an actual correct answer quite easily.
I like the AI summery offered on these forums by YIMBY. I like the changes to the AEC industry that AI is bringing about as we speak. I am part of a discussion group who is leading on of the many new developments in the AEC space. I think AI is good knowlege to share on these AEC related forums - a hope it does not bother you too much; it really is interesting to many others on these forums IMHO.
Here is one such group I am follow. This is a good one - but there are many. AI Overview

I noticed in your third photo the curve of the glass on the balconies follows the indentation/etching in the concrete below it. They really went in on the details here.
