A temporary construction platform seems to have been built on the north side of the building.

They must have decided it was easier than moving the BMU down 50+ floors every day, especially if they were bringing down pieces of cladding with them for the missing spots below. It can take hours to do a controlled descent that far.
This tower is extraordinary.
And the award for the longest awaited lighting installations goes to: Central Park Tower and 111 West 57th!
